No commission vs. low commission. I have been asked many many times over the years why real estate agents commissions are so high.
Ok the overheads for running a real estate office can be enormous therefore they believe they need to charge a higher commission.
Thats fine, however we have designed a model whereby we can charge a low commission as opposed to a high commission that works extremely well and saves the home seller thousands of dollars and they still get the same service for a lower fee and still get the same results.
Obviously the home seller would prefer to go with the low commission agent.

The low commission service also assists the owners more than what a no commission service will.
The no commission service is  more often used by a private seller who really does not want the help of a real estate agent and just wants to advertise their home privately.
The no commission agent usually puts your home on the major websites and charges the seller an advertising fee and no commission when it sells.
However you dont get the professional help that may assist you in getting a much better price for your home when it comes to negotiation.

The low commission agent will do much more than just advertise your home on website.
They will visit your home and give you an honest appraisal of what your home is really worth, they will conduct all inspections and assist the purchaser in any queries or questions they may have. they will negotiate on your behalf and get you your best possible price.
They will also follow the sale through from contract to settlement and liaise with all interested parties.
